- Prior to Issuance of Service Availability Letters, Tap Fees must be paid in FULL.
- Prior to Release of Meter(s) Completed Tap Application MUST be on file.
- Availability Letter and or Meter(s) will be available for pick up within 48 hours of receipt of this request
